PSE Institute always holds seminar 2 times per year. For this year, it was like the previous ones. It held the first seminar in March 2012, this is the second seminar which was held on 29th August 2012 at 2:30PM. Mr. La Vibol, who is a PSE Institute director, presided this seminar. He presented about number of employment of graduated students of 2010, 2011, and 2012. He also mentioned about number of drop out students. He said that the percentage drop out students increased over fixed percentage (2%) which was talked about in the previous seminar. He expressed some main reasons which caused students to give up their studies, and caused them to be dropped out from PSE Institute’s program. He did not want to see any student was dropped out at all. He said that if we dropped out students, it meant we wasted our money for supporting their studies of the previous years. To reduce the percentage of drop out he suggested that all teachers had to deal with students and encourage them to keep on their studies until they get jobs so that they could feed their selves and supported their family in order to get out of poverty. Moreover, he showed achievements of PSE Institute for academic year 2011 – 2012, and he presented about new objectives for new academic year 2012 – 2013. After his presentation all the managers of each school which under power of PSE Institute started to present about their own school. They showed about achievements, number of drop out students, students’ salary ranges, new plans, and new objectives. This seminar was completely finished at 6:00PM on the same date.
