PSE Organization celebrated Mourning Ceremony on the 23rd of October 2012 at 3:00PM for King Norodom Sihanouk, a former Cambodian King, who passed away on the 15th of October 2012 at 1:20PM (Phnom Penh Time) in Beijing.
During this ceremony, The King Norodom Sihanouk's background was read for all the staffs and students of PSE, and the mourning letter was read as well.
